What this site is
customemployees.ai describes what CustomEmployees.ai builds and how. It is information about a service, not the service itself. Reading it, and booking a call through it, creates no contract between us. These terms cover your use of the site; any actual engagement gets its own written agreement.
The design call
The 30-minute AI Employee Design Call is free and carries no obligation, in either direction. Booking one does not commit you to buying anything, and it does not commit us to building anything. It is a conversation to work out whether a build makes sense. If it doesn't, we will say so and that is the end of it.
Quotations and agreements
Every engagement is scoped and priced individually. Nothing on this site is a quotation, and no figure discussed on a call is binding on either of us until it appears in a written agreement that we have both accepted. Until that point, everything is a conversation.
Illustrative material
The example roles, the sample workflows, and the ROI estimator on this site are illustrations. The estimator in particular does arithmetic on numbers you enter; it knows nothing about your business. None of this material is a promise of results, and none of it should be relied on as a basis for a business decision. Real figures for your situation come from the design call and the written scope, not from a marketing page.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a site. Do not attempt to breach its security or its database, probe or overload it, scrape it for bulk collection, submit forms with someone else's identity, or use the booking form to send spam or anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does any of this.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we cannot accept liability for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it: it is a free informational website, and treating it as more than that would be wrong on both sides. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Liability within an actual engagement is dealt with properly, in the written agreement that governs that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where CustomEmployees.ai operates. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
