What we collect,
and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect what you type into the booking form, plus anonymous page statistics. We use it to prepare your design call. We never sell it, share it, or advertise with it.

What we collect
Two kinds of data, and only two.
The booking form. When you book a design call, you give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company name
- The role you're interested in, your budget bracket and your timeline
- A one-line description of the job you want done
Page statistics. We record which pages are viewed and how far visitors get through the booking form. These events carry a random session id that lives in your browser's sessionStorage and disappears when you close the tab. They contain no name, no email, and nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
The form data exists to prepare and run your design call: to research your business before we speak, to contact you to schedule it, and to hold the conversation with context instead of from zero. The page statistics tell us which pages get read and where the form loses people, so we can improve the site. That is the whole list. There is no advertising use, no profiling, and no third-party audience building.
Where it lives
Form submissions and page statistics are stored in a Supabase database, a Postgres database hosted in the United States. When you submit the form, a copy is also emailed to our inbox at hello@customemployees.ai via SendGrid, which processes that one email to deliver it.
Who sees it
The CustomEmployees.ai team, and nobody else. We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own purposes. Supabase and SendGrid process it on our behalf as infrastructure, the same way a filing cabinet holds a folder.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking details and job brief while they are relevant: while we are preparing your call, talking with you, or building for you. If the conversation ends, the brief eventually stops being relevant and gets cleared out. And at any time, you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies. None. There are no advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no fingerprinting. The only measurement is our own first-party page statistics, described above, and those are anonymous.
Your rights
Email hello@customemployees.ai and ask. We will show you everything we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete all of it. No form to fill in, no verification maze, no waiting period beyond the time it takes us to do it.
